Photo safety
Your child's photos are the most personal thing you will send us. Here is exactly what happens to them.
What we use them for
We use your photos to draw your child in your book. That is all. We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or use them to train AI models.
Who can see them
The systems that make your book, and the members of our team who check it. Nobody else.
How long we keep them
If you leave without buying, we delete your photos and preview within 48 hours. If you buy, we keep them for 30 days after delivery so we can fix problems or make changes, then delete them. Your finished book stays in your account until you remove it.
Deleting them sooner
Email us from the address you ordered with and we will delete your photos, your previews and your order data. Write to hello@toyopal.example.
Who this is for
Only parents and legal guardians should upload photos of a child. We ask you to confirm this before every preview.
What goes in the story
Every story is written for children and checked by a person. We do not write stories about frightening, violent or adult themes, and we do not let your own text add them.
