Privacy
We collect what we need to make and deliver your book: your email, your name, your child's first name, age, interests, and photos. Payments are handled by our payment partners, and we do not see or store full card details.
We use your information only to make your book, take payment, send you updates about your order, and answer your questions. We do not sell personal data. Photos follow the rules on the photo safety page. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Terms
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose photo you upload, and that you have the right to use those photos. You may use your finished book for personal use, including printing it for your family. You may not resell it.
Books are created with the help of AI and checked by our team. Small differences from your photos can happen. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Refunds
If your book has a mistake, such as a wrong name, a face that does not match, or a broken page, tell us within 7 days of receiving it. We will fix it. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.
You can cancel before the full book is generated and get a full refund. Once your book has been delivered, we do not refund for a change of mind, because each book is made for one child. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 7 working days to show.
