How long does it take?
You see the first pages of your preview in a few minutes. After you unlock the book, we generate the rest and check it. We email you the moment your PDF is ready.
What photos work best?
One to three clear photos where your child's face is visible, in good light, looking roughly at the camera. No sunglasses or heavy filters.
Can I put two children in one book?
Yes. Brothers, sisters, cousins or friends. Our sibling story is written for two, and any other story can add a second child.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell us what is wrong and we will redo it. If we cannot get it right, you get a refund. Details are on the refunds page.
